The main area in Brent is Wembley – it’s most famous landmark is the New Wembley Stadium with partially retractable roof opened in 2007.
Wembley Stadium is a 90,000 capacity venue and the second largest stadium in Europe behind Camp Nou in Barcelona. Home to the England national football team, International matches, latter stages of the FA cup and Rugby games are played here.
Another great attraction found in Brent is Wembley Arena, an indoor music venue located behind Wembley Stadium. The arena is used for music, comedy, family entertainment and sport.
Neasden temple is a must-see attraction in Brent. It is the first traditional Hindu temple outside of India. The architecture is spectacular and exhibitions and tours to learn about the history and meanings of Hinduism, its festivals and traditions are available daily.

There are numerous restaurants in Brent offering cuisine from all over the world at good value. If you love Indian food then you must head to Ealing Road and Wembley High Road to be spoilt for choice by a great selection of authentic Punjabi, Gujarati and South Indian Cuisine.
In addition to all the chain stores and supermarkets you would find in the high streets of any busy borough, Brent also has a few surprises such as Wembley Market which is the largest Sunday Market in England. Open every Sunday from 9am to 3pm there are over 500 stalls selling everything from sportswear, fashion, ladies shoes and lingerie, belts, bags and costume jewellery.
Another Sunday market is The Queen's Park Farmers' Market based at Salusbury Road Primary School, selling a range of organic produce and home-made cakes.
For alternative shopping head to the famous Ealing Road in Wembley which is a centre of Asian life in London. Its jewellery quarter and shops selling saris, shoes, clothing and traditional kitchenware attract people from all over the country and particularly from Britain's Gujarati community.
For peace and quiet and lovely days out make sure to visit Brent Resevoir. It is a conservation area and wildlife centre and home to Wembley Sailing Club and Water Sport Centre. New members are welcome for racing and lesiure sailing.

Brent has lots of open, green spaces to enjoy. Well loved parks include Fryent Country Park, Gladstone Park and Roundwood Park.
