 Excellent food spots, from budget to ultra-chic are to be found sprinkled throughout this area.  You could try the River Café which was The Critic’s Choice Time Out Eating & Drinking 2007 see www.rivercafe.co.uk/rc_page.php.   In Fulham, The Beach at Fulham http://www.fulhambeach.co.uk/ serves up great food (with original décor but no sand!).  Fulham Palace http://www.fulhampalace.org/ is a nice park on the Thames with a small gallery, picturesque museum and a couple of spots for a good cuppa!

Shepherd’s Bush is a very diverse neighbourhood with people attracted by the more affordable cost of housing than other areas nearby.  With many good pubs and bars around Shepherd’s Bush Green and Notting Hill Gate and the world famous Empire http://www.shepherds-bush-empire.co.uk/ there’s plenty to do every night of the week!
