The entire area has excellent transport links and the centre of London can be reached in under 15 minutes from most tube stations. This area is full of great places to eat, relax and be entertained. From Hammersmith tube you can take the bus 283 to the London Wetland Centre. The centre has 105 acres of wetland habitats created over a disused Victorian reservoir http://www.wwt.org.uk/centre/119/london_wetland_centre.html.
