We are a private and independent property provider and we have been established for over 20 years. We offer both, short term and long term budget accommodation. Our main portfolio compromises more than 300 fully furnished Studio apartments and extends to Private rooms, in shared houses. We also cater for Backpackers and Independent travellers with 3 Hostels catering for differing budgets, with capacity for 160 travellers.

All our accommodation is located in Willesden Green in North-West London which is a vibrant and emerging area with great transport links to Central London

The local area:

Our properties are located close to Willesden Green Underground station Within Zone 2, which is a 15-minute tube journey from the centre of the Capital.

 Willesden Green is also connected to London’s heart with a 24-hour Public bus Service, making Willesden Green and easy commute 24/7.  

Willesden Green has all the facilities you could need for your stay with Supermarkets, Internet cafes, Libraries, Cinemas, Bars and Pubs, Health clubs, Banks and Parks are all within a short walking distance

Studio Apartments

Accommodation London owns and operates over 300 studio apartments that have been newly converted. These offers comfort and privacy and the convenience of a home away from home. All our studio apartments are fully furnished and are provided clean and fresh linen and towels for your stay. They are ideal for working or studying and for holiday makers. Studio’s are available for Short and Long term rentals.

All apartments are open plan and have:

• Fully equipped kitchens (refrigerator, cooker and hob, cutlery and crockery utensils, kettle and toaster) 
• Wooden floors  thought
• All bills are included in the rate, except for electricity (Approx. £1.50 per day)
• Private bathroom with power shower and W/C 
• Full fire alarm and smoke detector systems, TV and free WIFI service

Private Rooms in Shared Houses

These rooms are housed in large Victorian styled houses located in quiet and residential streets near the main commercial areas in Willesden Green. The atmosphere in the houses is very relaxed and you’ll be sharing with young housemates from different nationalities. The houses have central heating and all bills are included in nightly / weekly rate. Rooms are available for long or short term rentals.

All houses feature:

• Rooms come in Singles, Doubles, Twins and Triple Rooms
• Bed linen and towels are provided
• 2 to 3 fully equipped kitchens with multiple refrigerators and microwaves and ample storage space. 
•  4 to 6 bathrooms with power showers. Plus extra toilets for convenience.   
• Many of our houses have shared lounge with TV and private outdoor spaces
• Payphones with incoming and outgoing calls, communal computer with internet and free WIFI thought.
• Weekly cleaning of the common areas, by professional cleaning staff.
• Coin operated laundry facilities 

Hostel Dorm Rooms

Our Hostels with a capacity for 160 travellers are priced to provide clean convenient living for travellers passing through or getting started.  Our dormitories feature wooden floors, storage space, lockers (without padlock), bunk-beds with memory foam mattresses, TV/DVDs and fridges. We have incorporated large common lounges with ample comfortable seating with Sky TV and internet stations as well as Wifi facilities. Each house has a garden area for relaxing outside. The kitchens are fully equipped with appliances and utensils, plus we offer free toast, butter, jam, tea and coffee every morning.

 We have arranged the dormitories into 4 and 6-bed mixed dorm rooms, we also offer female only. We can also offer private dorms for larger bookings in any configuration.

 The Hostels have:

• Friendly and vibrant atmosphere
• Fully equipped kitchens
• Ample shared bathroom facilities with pressured shower and W/C facilities
• Daily cleaning of all common areas
• Free WIFI and communal computers with internet availability
• Fresh clean linen for your stay   
• Free noodles on arrival
• Coin operated laundry facilities with fee detergent

Short Term Rates

See below for our discounted rates.  

1. Room rates are charged per person, per night.
2. All guests will be required to provide a credit/debit card as security deposit and also sign and agree to our terms and conditions ant check in.   

Technicalities:

Minimum Stay: 7 nights

Check-in: 10:30 – 17:45 (Monday - Friday)

Check-in: 10:30 – 17:00 (Saturday & Saturday)

Free pick up from Willesden Green Tube Station

Sunday and late check-in fee:

Private rooms & Studios: £25 per room

Hostel: £15 per person to up £25 for group booking

Long Term Rates

1. Room rates are all bills are included,
2. Studios have all bill’s included except for electricity this is approximately  Â£1.50 per day
3. A deposit of one calendar month’s rent is required (but can be split over a few months)
