Being on the guaranteed work scheme offered through Timeplan has been a fantastic learning experience and one I would recommend to anyone interested in teaching in the UK. This working arrangement has allowed me to work in thirty schools across London since the start of the school year and as a result has given me access to countless teaching strategies, curricular ideas, and classroom management techniques. As a guaranteed teacher, I have had the opportunity to teach children from nursery through to year 6 and, in revisiting many of the schools over the course of the year, I have been able to build relationships with many students and faculty. Working as a supply teacher in London can be quite challenging, but Timeplan's guaranteed scheme has helped me to greatly improve as a teacher by giving me regular work and lots of worthwhile experience.
