There are over 30 Local Education Authorities in London. They all share certain similarities, although each has its own distinct character and offers different opportunities and possibilities.

Each of the boroughs is representative of London in that they are highly multi-cultural and socio-economically mixed. This mix varies from area to area and within boroughs. Each community enriches London by its presence. Although in many ways a complex place, London and Londoners are tolerant of difference and open to change, welcoming people from every corner of the world.
