TimePlan London offers outstanding teachers the opportunity to join our guaranteed daily supply team. Guaranteed daily supply is a fantastic way of mixing the freedom and flexibility of teaching "on supply" with the financial rewards that teaching in London brings.
Supply teaching means having no fixed class and no strict timetable. Rather it's about flexibility and being adaptable. It's about developing your ability to think on your feet, and even the odd bit of "winging it"! At TimePlan London, we take that another step further by offering you the variability of daily supply work, but with the security of a fixed income. We call it the Guaranteed Work Agreement.
We guarantee that we can find you work 5 days a week during the contracted period. As our schools see our Quality Mark as being so important, we know we have plenty of demand for our high quality teachers. For you it means a fixed income as we guarantee we'll pay you every day that you’re available for the contracted period - even if we can't find you a job for that day! And of course we will try to get you work as close to home as possible. So you can plan those holidays away to Prague, Dublin or even Oktoberfest sure in the knowledge that you will have a fixed income.
What’s the catch? Nothing! Our guaranteed supply teachers aren’t paid less and they don’t go to the worst schools. In fact our guaranteed supply teachers regularly get booked in advance and are requested back to excellent schools.
